Estudi\u00f3 en la Universidad de Cedarville, Ohio, despu\u00e9s hizo un m\u00e1ster en la Universidad de Western Kentucky, y m\u00e1s tarde un m\u00e1ster en el seminario teol\u00f3gico Gordon Conwell en Massachusetts.
